First, I think one of the grand upsides of Vietnam, Vietnamese innovations is that there are a few regulations, fewer building regulations. The Privilege of light 

Second big thought of the day: the privilege of light.

So currently staying at a riverfront hotel in Da Nang Vietnam, where we had a beautiful sunrise first thing in the morning! We have the morning sun stream directly into the hotel room was magnificent!

And actually, I think of the greatest tragedies of life, modern day life etc. is that having the privilege of waking up to the direct light in the morning light, very very rare. Why?

First, typically there are no real places in which you could live that has direct access to the sun waking up. Unless you live directly on the ocean the beach etc.? Or somewhere on the right side of a mountain top?

And actually this is my big epiphany; this huge high-rise hotels skyscrapers condominium apartment buildings, they are like massive poplar trees! They all seek dominance, height, greater access to the light, natural light?

And the purpose in the meaning of it is that when you have access to the natural direct light, you gain more energy and power!

For example, I’ve been thinking a lot about energy, energy sources etc. First, trying to think critically about this like where is actually the energy sources from?

First, the sun. It seems the obvious idea is that the source of all the sun light and power on the planet is predicated around the sun. No sun no life

After spending about 2 to 3 hours stuck in the airport, in which you don’t have the privilege of being outside and being in the sun, you realize just how privileged you are having access to the sun!

And this is actually the hilarious thing, the sun, access to the sun; it is something that both the rich and the poor can access alike; but perhaps this issue here is the knowledge gap;  the sun is critical for physiological happiness and thriving, yet we do not know it!

So here in DANANG, booked a random Vietnamese hotel ,,, looks nice and seems nice but the critical #1 issue:

Hotel designed *WITHOUT* double paned windows … and also, designed with opening windows which means it is fucking loud!

I also suppose one of my life passions and goals to try to figure some stuff out.

For example I feel like 90% of my grand findings have actually been around the physiology human physiology. For example, intermittent fasting no breakfast no lunch, only dinner, 100% carnivorous diet, quitting alcohol, quitting dairy fix sugar’s real sugars cow sugars etc., quitting starch and vegetables, quitting fruit, quitting nuts.

More recently a big one it’s just like literally trying to spend 100% of the day outdoors in the direct sun, walking around all day, maximum 150% direct exposure.

For normal clothing attire, sleeveless and shorts.

I suppose the grand joy and discovery is knowing that maybe in your life thus far, you’ve only scratched the surface of things? Like 1-2% it 3%…. and you’ve got like 97% more to discover? 

Sun power

Perhaps one of the worst things about modern day life is that we are like in a physical, physical space matrix, procrustean bed. 

That we are typically stuck in the same environments, the same little cages and cubes, etc. What that then means is that we are trapped in a nontraditional sense, trapped inside our little tube cars, or little cube apartments and homes, and we are not allowed or given the opportunity of exposure to the real world, to outside.

And not only that, we are discouraged from actually engaging with the real world, we are discourage from being in the direct sentence, the direct elements.

For example a very very simple idea is that we no longer have the privilege of just being in the direct, topless and naked! I have an ongoing theory that if you desire more power, more physiological power, more time in the direct sun is positively advantageous for you.

However modern day society has made us somehow afraid of the sun, that for the most part, most people hide from the sun, all of this ridiculous fear mongering about UV radiation and skin cancer or whatever. Certainly if you live in Nevada, putting on some sunscreen is a good idea, or just putting on a hat. But we should not be afraid of the sun, we should embrace it!
