When I need inspiration, I look to Muhammad Ali — the great fighter and champion of human rights:
1. Take risks
He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.
No risk, no reward.
We need to have the guts to accomplish great things in life. To take more risks in life, and not be afraid of the downside. Of ridicule, of criticism, or hatred.
We need to treat each day like it were our last, and not fear risk. But embrace it.
2. Don’t quit
I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.’
Short-term suffering for long-term gains. Don’t quit now.
When shit gets bad, learn how to bounce back in life.
And no matter what, never give up on your dreams.
3. Make each day count
Don’t count the days, make the days count.
Don’t count the days; make the days count. Wise words.
What if we lived each day like it were our last? Because counting the days is pointless. We don’t know when we will die.

4. Dedicate your life to serving others
Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.
If we dedicate our lives serving and helping others; we will always be able to pay our rent, and feed ourselves.
5. Turn shit into gold
If they can make penicillin out of mouldy bread, they can sure make something out of you.
They can make medicine out of moldy bread. Even if we think we are old, moldy, worn out, and useless– we can do something great with our lives.
