My personal thought is that it is all physical, physiological and body-based; no no no, you cannot be a 400 pound obese man with 80% body fat, and have “self-confidence”.

However there are some other subtle pernicious things; you could be 6 foot tall, with a six pack,  Super jacked and buff, but still have low self-confidence because you’re comparing your self your body your physique with all these other guys at the gym who are all on steroids.

Another weird thing, especially when it comes to men, young boys and adolescence etc.; this obsession with penises, penis size?

You’re not going to have a 20 inch long dick, no matter how hard you try. Neither is that a desirable thing?

Also I think this is a reason why video photos and recording of sexual intercourse is fake; nobody ever has sex with their super beautiful babe, with huge spotlights on, bright LEDs; I think the natural thing for humans is to do it in the dark, under the sheets, at night, before we sleep? Or maybe even in the middle of the night?

I think the reason why this matters is because I think, 99.9% of men, maybe nearly 100%, unless you’re some super radical religious anti porn person;  is probably watching porn, maybe every night, every single night, every single day? In private on their iPhone, in the bathroom, in Google incognito mode, or Safari private mode, Brave browser incognito mode,  or on their laptop with a VPN, torrenting some random Maria Ozawa Japanese porn stuff on pirate bay? 

I mean it’s fine; I don’t think that there is any Mistic evil to pornography. I mean if you think about it, people prostitute themselves all the time, some do it with their bodies, some do it with their souls, some do it with their minds, some do it with their intelligence their fingers their mouths, their butt holes, etc.

The first simplest way to boost self-esteem is via negativa; that means deletion. Delete your Instagram, delete your Facebook Snapchat whatever.
