The average man eats three meals a day, I actually think that at most, we should only eat one meal a day, one insanely 5 pounds of beef or lamb every dinner.
I have a theory; technically we could go 40 days without consuming any food, and we will not die, granted that we drink water. But I wonder… Maybe if you go 40 days without exercise, you will also die?
Also, let us consider that the average person works 8 to 12 hours a day. What if instead, we exercised or worked out 8 to 12 hours a day instead? And permitted only “30“ or 45 minutes or 1 hour a day for “work†at most.
With exercise, one is considered virtuous if they even dedicate an hour a day to exercise. Maybe we should have the same attitude but in reverse.
