Running is a Foolish Idea

Why not just walk? Or sprint? It is a barbell thing; when “run”, you are doing it at a moderate, moderate high intensity.

The better approach is to be a sprinter. See how quickly you could run 100 m, and walk the rest of the distance, instead of this tedious “jogging“, or even “running”.

Or another words, better to be at Usain Bolt, only train for the hundred meter sprint. Or think plaid, 0 to 60 speeds, 1.99 seconds is the goal.
