When my mom visited me, she brought some really good looseleaf green tea from Hadong South Korea, also from the Jirisan mountain.
I steep it very strong, and after drinking it, I have a better buzz than coffee?
Theory; because Asian people, East Asian people have a longer history of drinking green tea than coffee, maybe green tea is better for Asian people than coffee?
Who has exposure to coffee anyways? People from the Middle East, Caribbean countries, or Ethiopians? Or even the Vietnamese and robusta, and the French?
