There is no equality, nor *should* there be ‘equality’. Rather, we should think ‘different’ and ‘difference’.
For example, I believe in basic things– like all US citizens are equal in terms of having the power of voting rights, law-rights, etc. However the fact of the matter is there is a hierarchy.
For example, Brown University is certainly superior to Cal State Fullerton. UCLA is superior to UC Riverside, UC Berkeley is superior to YALE, etc.
Men are women are different
This is a big thing. Men and women are different. Certainly it is good that we should be able to exercise equal political rights, but hormonally, and bodily, we are different. Not equal.
Men cannot give birth, women can.
The percentage of testosterone in men is 10x+ higher than that of women [citation].

What does this mean?
If the hormonal composition of one person has a 10x higher concentration than another person, it will certainly change and influence them in different ways.
Also this is how boys and girls are different (pre-puberty):

Interestingly enough, girls have *MORE* testosterone than boys (from ages 7-10). But once puberty kicks in (ages 13-17 years old), then the boys leapfrog over the girls in testosterone (~200-500ng/dl in boys vs ~17-31ng/dl in girls). Almost over 10x+.
What should we do about this?

A simple thought:
Not every single shoe fits every single foot.
Treat people *differently* (bespoke). For example, if you know that a woman (your girlfriend, partner, wife) is going through her menstruation period, certainly treat her *differently* (with more care and compassion) than a man who isn’t. Or if your kid is going through ‘raging hormones’ (puberty period), treat them *differently* than they are as a mature 26-year old. You treat a child differently than an adult, doesn’t this make sense?
