THE ULTIMATE “DAD BOD”

The funny thing is now that Seneca is getting older, I’m spending more time with him in the outdoors, walking hiking running around etc.… I’m actually becoming more fit?

Certainly in the early days of sleep deprivation, it is difficult exercise because you’re just fighting for sleep. But once your kid is asleep trained at around six months, it seems that easiest path might just be figure out a way you can work out at home?

For example, I love the gym and I think it is good and virtuous, but the thing is when you are a parent, and you’re literally fighting for every single minute, going to the gym has too much losy time in terms of opportunity cost, in terms of finding parking, waiting for the squat rack etc.

In fact, creating my own off the grid gym in my second parking spot, I’ve discovered so many new great innovations! Also my beloved 60 pound weight vest.

Because I’m walking around with my 60 pound weight vest all day, and also spending all day walking with Seneca, carrying him often, there’s literally nothing I need to do exercise my legs, my thighs quads legs are insanely buff.

Also a good thing is when I arm carry Seneca, I’m also getting a bicep and upper body workout, I looked at my arms recently my shoulders my triceps it all looks great!
