Spartan Training

Simple thoughts about Spartan training:

  1. See how much you can walk around all day, with your 60 pound weight vest on. Also vibram five fingers.
  2. Maximum time in the sun and the element; just put on sunscreen and put a sun hat on! The wide room in front, and the neck protector in the back.
  3. Make your primary joy the joy of training, weightlifting in specific.
  4. What would a spartan do? Eyes bright, never hide.
