Typically, if the price of bitcoin or crypto is up, it might just slightly elevate your mood or put a grin on your face. But if the prices go down or plummet, is going to sour your mood.

Do:

1. Going to the direct light go to the park, go on a walk.
2. Lift weights, go topless!

Bad moods are a sign of strength?

at least the upside of bad mood is that it is a sign that you’re strong! The opposite is being sad; a sign of weakness and poor vitality.

Only strong, high vitality people can be annoyed or in a bad mood.

What that means is in life, when there are downsides, slight annoyances is a good sign!
