Target demographic

The woman looks boring? And a weird thing — why are they always putting in African American individuals in the marketing material when it isn’t really the target demographic?

First,,, why do you have a random little girl as the marketing face?

It should be some sort of Caucasian-Asian American guy — the true target demographic. In 30’s, mid 30s,,, late 30s, 40s? 35, 38 year old man.

And or just focus on the product not the people in it?

Guided tour?

Why does it have a guided tour? Shouldn’t it just be intuitive? If it needs a guided tour it is bad.

Why is it all seated?

Do it standing! Make it look futuristic,,, not some lame ass overpriced SF apartment house home condo somewhere in downtown. I want it to look like minority report!
