One thing that I still wonder about… Why is it that some people prefer to do workout classes? Why don’t they just show up to the gym or to the class or to the hot space and just do whatever they want themselves?

I think a very good idea for these yoga studios is to just always have these open spaces, which are perpetually hot, and let members come in and go and work out and whatever as if please and leave whenever. Maybe it could just be a separate room, Almost imagine like a typical gym, except it is really really hot and heated.

A simple thing is for the membership you could charge more money; make it even more luxury than equinox. For pants and leggings, just get some merino wool leggings on Amazon, and pair it with some athletic shorts, more than enough to keep your legs warm.

For your core and chest, having a simple MUJI sleeveless down jacket, without the hood, is always a good base layer to always wear whenever.

For your home, don’t be a cheapo; crank up the heat if you want. Also as a pro tip, for our new apartment we found that there was a really bad draft that came in from the front door, which lowered the house temperature by about five or 6°.
