MANLY GYM

So the big issue I see with gyms is that for some people, some gyms, men and guys go there to impress women? But, if that wasn’t really a thing or possible… would this be better?

For example, it is very common that there are certain private schools, Catholic schools, which are only for boys or only for girls. The theory is that if a school is only male, or only female… they will be less distracted by the other sex? Is this true? Probably. I remember in high school, when my hormones were at all-time high, I loved looking at all the pretty girls, in class, etc. very distracting, but still… taught me skills to interact with girls and women?

Your preferences as a kid, teenager or child versus your wisdom as an adult?

so this is the tricky thing; I am 35 years old, and certainly in some ways I am much wiser than I was when I was 15 or 16 years old. Actually I’m about to be 36 years old. Born in 1988.

Ultimately I am wiser now than I was in my high school self. All that time I wasted playing video games StarCraft etc. or Diablo, it would have been much more beneficial if I had a father figure help guide me and personally trained me doing more physical activities. Like what I am doing with Seneca. At age 3.

In California, as in much of the United States, businesses are generally subject to anti-discrimination laws. This includes the Unruh Civil Rights Act, which prohibits businesses from discriminating based on sex, among other characteristics. Opening a gym that only allows men could be considered discriminatory against women and potentially others, and would likely violate this law.

It’s important to note that there are some exceptions and nuances in the application of these laws. For example, private clubs with selective membership criteria might have more leeway. However, a typical gym open to the public would likely fall under the broader anti-discrimination statutes. If you’re considering opening such a business, it would be wise to consult with a legal expert to understand all applicable laws and regulations.
