In the context of weightlifting and beyond… the easier something is to load, the better?

Well, the great upside of having a loadable rack, a power rack, squat rack, power rack whatever is that if you elevate it off the ground, it is so much easier to just load your 45 pound plates to it?

I think 99.9% of the annoyance of having to dead lift is having to take it off the floor. We’re putting on the weights. I recommend everyone just to do a “rack pull” instead, or maybe we should just call it an elevated deadlift?
