My idea:

Just think and assume if you were US MILITARY DOD self funded — either DOD, Department of Defense, Delta Force, Marines, Navy SEAL, SWAT team, FBI etc — and you’re using all the American resources and US DOLLAR USD to train and transform yourself into a super soldier?
