For example, legs. In terms of our muscles, our legs are at least 1000X times stronger than our upper body. What is the strongest muscles in our body? Our legs and our shoulders!
For example, it is not too difficult for me to atlas lift over 10 plates, but can you imagine somebody bench pressing 10 plates?
