  1. Quit sugar and all natural and artificial sweeteners
  2. 100% organ meat diet. Beef heart, beef liver, beef kidney, beef large intestine etc.
  3. Don’t smoke weed or drink alcohol.
  4. Don’t do any exercises which require you to lie on your back or sit on your butt. No benchpress, no dumbbell press, no seated exercises.
  5. Don’t eat fruit or vegetables. Both are just sugars and starches with a good conscience.
  6. Better to drink robusta coffee than arabica. Lower sugar content, and also higher caffeine content.
