- Quit sugar and all natural and artificial sweeteners
- 100% organ meat diet. Beef heart, beef liver, beef kidney, beef large intestine etc.
- Don’t smoke weed or drink alcohol.
- Don’t do any exercises which require you to lie on your back or sit on your butt. No benchpress, no dumbbell press, no seated exercises.
- Don’t eat fruit or vegetables. Both are just sugars and starches with a good conscience.
- Better to drink robusta coffee than arabica. Lower sugar content, and also higher caffeine content.
