It seems that one the big problems of buying a house is that it forces you to spend so much money on renovating it, fixing things, updating things, buy furniture etc.

One of the great upsides of having a small minimalistic apartment is that you cannot procure more furniture, stuff, literally because there’s no space. As a consequence, you actually end up saving money, time, mind space?

It seems that all of my friends, my millennial friends want more “space”. Maybe this is not a good idea.
