FITNESS IS A RIPE FIELD FOR DISRUPTION.

Disrupt weakling notions of “cardio”, weight training “machines”, any exercise while sitting etc.

Also, disrupting notions of “reps”, repetitions.

Interventions:

  1. You never need to do more than one single repetition for any given lift.
  2. Do lifts and exercises which DO NOT require you to lie on your back, or sit down. Ideal is standing.
  3. Increase the weight, lower the range of motion.

Food disruptions

100% carnivore diet as optimal for the new demigod male.

Beef ribs, beef brisket at Costco or Costco business center. The only non meat item to eat is kimchi (no sugar added), or raw kale. Something with vinegar or something fermented, to help you digest your meat and consume more meat.
