Some thing I’ve realized, especially with a lot of the newer cars, electric vehicles, etc., like looking at the new Kia EV6; the way these cars are designed, especially in terms of the dashboard, touch screens, etc., there will be no longevity.

For example, I was even in a Tesla model S plaid the other day, in a Tesla showroom, and somebody keyed a huge permanent scratch on the center touchscreen display. Changing that or fixing it will be an insane pain in the ass, and also probably very expensive too. And you have to wait a small lifetime in order for Tesla to fix it for you, or ordering the part.

Even a simple idea; would it to be a good idea to just be able to replace your center console display touchscreen, just plugging in a new iPad Pro? For example, if you compare of the responsibility or the you are UX of even a brand new Tesla, it is far inferior to the newest iPad Pro.
What if even on a Tesla, you could just jerry rig an iPad Pro here instead?

Therefore, for myself, I hate cars with touch screens. I do not desire any car with a touchscreen.
