Maximal Physiological Energy

Currently my only goal in life is to have maximal physiological energy which means getting a good night rest (no coffee beyond 9am), and high energy and power during the day. Thus my realization — optimize your food for your maximal physiological energy. Grass fed beef burger patties frozen from Costco, organic eggs, and not eating out (you have no idea what they put in the food, if they put in sneaky oil, sneaky sugar, sneaky MSG, etc. Also, I’ve never got bad stomachaches or food poising from home cooking, often from eating out.

Also when I eat at home, I have access to homemade kimchi, made without any sugar, with love for my mom. Often even when I go to all you can eat Korean barbecue restaurants, much to my dismay and unknowingly to me, a lot of the restaurant kimchi served has tons of sugar added to it. Same goes with the salad, a lot of the salad dressings have a ton of sugar and canola oil and other strange things added to it.
