The more I think and contemplate on photography, the more I believe it as a tool to augment human joy and happiness.
1. Photographing and documenting the joyful and happy
If you look at your photos and they spark joy, delight and happiness in your breast, they are worth much.
2. I photograph myself, therefore I am.
My personal joy in self documentation. When I photograph myself, it’s almost as if I am asserting my existence and saying:
Here I am, ERIC KIM — and I have existed and done this and thus.
3. Video is the same thing as photo
I see no real difference between photo and video.
Video is just hyper photography — more frames condensed into a single form.
