Okay it looks like with our new quarantine lifestyle, a lot of us have barbells and weights but no squat rack or bench. How can we still workout at home with this equipment? Some thoughts:
Floor press / bench press
You don’t need a bench. Think powerlifting style. Uber-arched back. No shirt is better … better grip with the floor. No shoes too.
Doing a floor press on the ground with 225 pounds (two 45 pound plates on each side):
I think this is actually more fun and interesting than a traditional bench press.
Military press / olympic lifting style clean and jerk
