What is the worst hate? Self-hate.
Who taught you to hate yourself?
Sometimes society teaches us to hate ourselves. To think you were born with “original sin”, or to think you need to buy x, y, z or earn $x money to be considered worthy, or to have some certain level of social class.
But who wins from the notions of self-hate? Religions gain more followers, and companies can sell more products. If we hate ourselves, we try to buy things in order for us to love ourselves.
A world without self hate
My vision is this — a world in which nobody hates themselves. Where there is only self love.
Consider — there is no kid who hates themselves. They’re only taught to hate themselves by getting bullied in school, through religious teachers, teachers, or even our parents. We learn shame, guilt, and pangs of conscience. Generally speaking, a child has a clear mind and no guilt in anything they do. They get punished to feel bad, and to feel fear.
Learn to love yourself

- Stop reading any forms of media which have advertisements.
- no social media
- no news
- nothing which is based on “fear feeds” or fear-based marketing.
gain self respect by augmenting your own ego. Great self love is the goal!
