I’ve scoured hundreds of ancient texts in Stoicism, Zen, Taoism, Cynicism, Nihilism, and contemporary philosophy to discover more ‘truth’ in life; yet to distill these ideas and concepts into a practical and ‘actionable’ manual.<\/p>\n
