I am excited to share that my good friend and fellow street photographer Satoki Nagata<\/a> is featuring some of his street photography in Chicago, December 15th (Saturday). He will show a collection of his street photography and documentary work. More information about the exhibition below:<\/p>\n

Time & Location<\/h2>\n

Date<\/strong>: Saturday, December 15th<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: 7pm – 10pm<\/p>\n

Place<\/strong>: 1118 N. Ashland Ave – Google Map<\/a><\/p>\n

Here is Satoki’s statement on his photography:<\/p>\n

“The camera captures the moment of the fraction of a second and I\u00c2\u00a0found that successful images show the multi-dimensional relationships\u00c2\u00a0of the world through symbolic and abstract forms. I found these forms\u00c2\u00a0in my photography. By searching for the elements that represent\u00c2\u00a0reality I see around me, I can capture them through photographic\u00c2\u00a0media. I see the light and shadow produced by flash is the pure form\u00c2\u00a0of reality of people living in the city. Inside the bright light\u00c2\u00a0line, the significance of existence of the person appears. The image\u00c2\u00a0is abstract and surrealistic but also full of life and personality.”<\/p>\n
