Dear friend, one of the best ways to stay motivated in your photography is this: shoot more ambitiously!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This means, experiment more with your compositions. Get closer to your subjects. Try more ambitious compositions, like layers, getting more depth, using wider angle lenses (like 24mm<\/a>, 28mm<\/a>, or 35mm<\/a>). This means interacting with your subjects more, asking for permission, or being more aggressive<\/a> in your street photography and “working the scene” by shooting 25% more than you think you should.<\/p>\n

Above all, don’t let your gear or equipment be a deterrent or distraction to you. Which means, you can shoot (today) more ambitiously, more brazenly, and take riskier composition chances without buying any new camera or equipment.<\/p>\n

Use your phone, and constantly experiment with new approaches in your photography. Shoot different subject matter, capture different emotions in your photography, and always seek to master photography for yourself!<\/p>\n
