100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t really ask myself this question, because all these self-help books and popular culture told me the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153answers\u00e2\u20ac\u009d: having a bunch of money, a bunch of freedom\/flexibility\/free time, purposeful and meaningful work, good friendships, good diet and exercise, etc.<\/p>\n<p>But what I want to encourage you through this essay is this:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n  You must dictate your own ideal lifestyle for yourself, by asking yourself what you truly desire in life.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure Block their emails, phone calls, or forms of communication. Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t feel guilty about it. You must be brutal.
