I think I enjoy life more so than other people. Why? And how?<\/p>\n

First of all, to be alive is a blessing.<\/p>\n

We didn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t ask to be born, but now that we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re alive \u00e2\u20ac\u201d we should enjoy life to the fullest maximum.<\/p>\n

But we are alive. How can we enjoy life? Some ideas:<\/p>\n

1. Make art<\/h2>\n

The first step to enjoying life: make art.<\/p>\n

Art can be anything. Art can be your photography, painting, drawing, 3D sculpture, visualizations, dance, theater, music, standup comedy, improv comedy, the art of business, the art of conversation, or anything that requires your personal creativity.<\/p>\n

Make art everyday. The more you make art, the more you will enjoy life, and the more excited you will be.<\/p>\n

You will have the opportunity to continue learning about your art (by looking at art books, instructional books, attending workshops, experimenting, traveling).<\/p>\n

To feel true joy in life, we all need a sense of progress, and a feeling like we are growing, and evolving.<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Dance<\/h2>\n

I love music, and dancing. To me, dancing is one of the most primal instincts we have \u00e2\u20ac\u201d all children dance when they are introduced to a catchy beat or rhythm.<\/p>\n

The problem is that a lot of us are desocialized to dancing \u00e2\u20ac\u201d why? Because we are afraid of looking stupid, or being judged.<\/p>\n

Assignment: put on some nice music at home, and feel free to dance by yourself, with nobody else around. Taking it a step further \u00e2\u20ac\u201d dance with your partner, friends, or strangers at a club, or any dancing establishment, or even in public.<\/p>\n

3. Share your joy<\/h2>\n

To feel more joy in your life, share your life and joy with others.<\/p>\n

As humans, we are social creatures. To feel happier and feel more joy in life, we just be more social.<\/p>\n
