My nine-year-old son, Donny, calls to ask when I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll<br>be home. I always take calls from my kids, no matter what I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m<br>doing. I have two others\u00e2\u20ac\u201dIvanka, six, and Eric, three\u00e2\u20ac\u201dand as<br>they get older, being a father gets easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Better prices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Much as I like the hotel, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m interested in it only if I<br>can get it for a much better price than they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re now asking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s funny what\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s happened:<br>bankers now come to me, to ask if I might be interested in<br>borrowing their money. They know a safe bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People will come to me and ask me if I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m interested in borrowing their money<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">tax<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ef\u00bf\u00bcTo my surprise, Mitnik tells me he thinks the law is an<br>overall plus for me, since much of my cash flow comes from<br>casinos and condominiums and the top tax rate on earned<br>income is being dropped from 50 to 32 percent.
