As of March 16, 2025, approximately $20.99 billion of STRK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shares remained available for issuance and sale pursuant to the STRK ATM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 17, 2025, the Company announced that, during the period between March 10, 2025 and March 16, 2025, the<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Company acquired approximately 130 bitcoins for approximately $10.7 million in cash, at an average price of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">approximately $82,981 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses. The bitcoin purchases were made using proceeds from<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the STRK ATM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As of March 16, 2025, the Company, together with its subsidiaries, held an aggregate of approximately 499,226 bitcoins,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">which were acquired at an aggregate purchase price of approximately $33.1 billion and an average purchase price of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">approximately $66,360 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>STRK SHARES INCOMING!
