We don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have faith in ourselves. It was thinking of art with a capital \u00e2\u20ac\u0153A\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Art\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (in my mind) was only reserved to those \u00e2\u20ac\u0153elite\u00e2\u20ac\u009d people in ivory castles. They like to make and build stuff. They like to make drawings, make sand castles at the beach, and build masterpieces with legos.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, as we get older, we are \u00e2\u20ac\u0153judged\u00e2\u20ac\u009d for our art and creations. We soon lose the self-confidence in making stuff. Why? Our teachers and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153art teachers\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tell us to color within the lines. To paint the sky blue (not purple). For example, Picasso started off drawing \u00e2\u20ac\u0153realistic\u00e2\u20ac\u009d paintings in his early career. Towards the end of his life, his work became more and more abstract\u00e2\u20ac\u201d child-like. Same with Matisse, towards the end of his life he did \u00e2\u20ac\u0153child-like\u00e2\u20ac\u009d cutouts.
