The initial conversion price of the notes represents a premium of approximately 55% over the U.S. composite volume weighted average price of MicroStrategy\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s class A common stock from 1:30 p.m. through 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 19, 2024, which was $433.7997.
