When I see the muscles and physiques of anyone else, I admire it. Then I had the epiphany:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Why not <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2019\/10\/09\/transform-your-body-into-a-lamborghini\/\">transform my own body into a Lambo<\/a>, and admire my own body instead?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-logic\">The logic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The great logic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It is far cheaper to get <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/03\/23\/now-is-your-chance-to-get-buff-and-ripped\/\">buff<\/a> than to buy a Lambo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2019\/06\/28\/the-human-body-is-the-apex-beauty\/\">The human body is the apex beauty<\/a>. This means your personal goal in life should be to <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2019\/12\/28\/the-beauty-of-the-human-body\/\">beautify your own personal body to the maximum<\/a> (without plastic surgery, steroids, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ultimate democratic approach<\/strong>: Genetics doesn&#8217;t matter. Sex doesn&#8217;t matter. Racial ethnicity doesn&#8217;t matter. Anyone can both <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2020\/03\/15\/how-to-add-muscle-and-subtract-fat-at-the-same-time\/\">add muscle mass and subtract fat<\/a>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It doesn&#8217;t cost much to get ripped. Just <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/21\/intermittent-fasting-and-the-ketogenic-diet-the-optimal-diet-for-photographers-and-content-creators\/\">intermittent fast<\/a> [no breakfast, no lunch], <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2017\/05\/16\/my-experiences-eating-only-one-meal-a-day\/\">one big ass meal a day<\/a>, and mostly a <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/20\/ketogenic-diet-for-photographers\/\">&#8216;ketogenic&#8217; diet<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your body is always with you.
