Where did anti imitation come from?<\/h2>\n

To start, modern society is anti imitation when it comes from art. We are told to be \u00e2\u20ac\u0153original\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and not copy each other.<\/p>\n

Think about it. We get expelled if we copy another students test. We cannot copy the argument of another person, nor can we copy their text (this is called \u00e2\u20ac\u0153plagiarizing\u00e2\u20ac\u009d).<\/p>\n

With the internet, we are told NOT to copy files, or share music or stuff.<\/p>\n

Even copyright law is anti-sharing.<\/p>\n

We disdain copies<\/h2>\n

To imitate someone else, you are called a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153poser\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or a fake. Nobody likes copied designer goods. We would prefer the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153original\u00e2\u20ac\u009d or the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153authentic\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.<\/p>\n
