We poison ourselves by\u00e2\u20ac\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, it seems that we poison ourselves with life, modern day substances, media, games, cars etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mental poisoning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> I trust no man or woman who has any of the following installed on their phone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, podcast, etc. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> or, just take a peek at their Google Chrome browser, see whether they have AdBlocker or YouTube ad blocker enables, and or see their most commonly visited websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. News poisoning<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> All news is toxic. My personal suggestion about the news is this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The only news which is really relevant, at least in terms of political news is who to vote for and who not to vote for. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> For example, there is zero reason to watch Fox News, CNBC, Al Jazeera whatever whether to vote for Trump or not to vote for Trump. Anyone who is watching the news, and is a left-wing progressive liberal is just self flagellating themselves, or they are addicted to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153hate porn\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00e2\u20ac\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
