The upside of renting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or living in Vietnam, Saigon and Hanoi \u00e2\u20ac\u201d our old Hanoi studio apartment only $320 USD a month!!! All utilities included!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The upside of driving a 2010 Prius in LA \u00e2\u20ac\u201d I never spend more than $35 USD a month in gas!!!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just cooking and eating at home (Costco meat)\u00e2\u20ac\u201d you know you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re not getting ripped off like eating out or takeout?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$0.00 debt. Also, no mortgage \u00e2\u20ac\u201d which is just debt with a good conscience!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No gym membership \u00e2\u20ac\u201d working out off the grid!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2
