Signal is what is important or significant to us in a scene. Aka, the Signal in a photograph is your SUBJECT. Noise is stuff that doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t add to your photo, but removes focus from the Signal (SUBJECT) of your photo. It is only black and white.
