The world is boring. We all love a little controversy.<\/p>\n

As humans, we scorn the ordinary. And common place. We love the outlandish and wild.<\/p>\n

Bruce Gilden<\/a> is famous because he is controversial, shooting close with a flash.<\/p>\n

Kaiman Wong<\/a> is famous, because he doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t censor himself. Kai is not boring.<\/p>\n

I am famous because I say what is on my mind, and I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t censor myself. They think I am controversial, just because I am a circle that doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t fit in the square pegs.<\/p>\n

For me, controversy has helped me more than hurt me. I am a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153mis-fit\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (inspired by CINDY NGUYEN). I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t fit into no societal mold. Folks try to put me into a mold, but I am like fuck that. Like Cindy told me,<\/p>\n

I love new Apple products. I get excited. I have something to look forward to.<\/p>\n

I love new Nike shoes. I like new designs, innovations, and colors.<\/p>\n

If you went to Reddit, and you saw no new news, articles, pictures, or content\u00e2\u20ac\u201c would you be motivated to go back?<\/p>\n

If you want more followers, you always need to stream new information, new content, new photos, and new videos.<\/p>\n

Tip: Analyze who you<\/em> follow. Why do you follow them?<\/p>\n

Reasons I follow someone:<\/p>\n

  1. Entertainment: They are funny. <\/li>\n
  2. Information: The information they give is useful, empowering, or helpful. <\/li>\n
  3. I want to emulate them: They are my role models. I feel if I follow them and consume their message, I can find their \u00e2\u20ac\u0153secret to success.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    They might not like you, but at least you are honest and genuine.<\/p>\n

    I follow folks who I find genuine, who don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t censor themselves. I love following Nassim Taleb because he curses on Twitter. I know if I met him in real life, he would be who I expect him to be.<\/p>\n

    If you meet ERICKIM in real life, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m the same person. I curse, say politically incorrect stuff, but I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m raw and genuine. I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t bullshit. But I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t put others down. I motivate, uplift, and a forever optimist, with a hint of cynicism and doom and gloom.<\/p>\n
