One of the best ways to think outside the box: put yourself in a box. But it must be a self-imposed box.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To innovate in your photography, only shoot with your phone for a month or a year.<\/p>\n

To innovate in your business, figure out how you can do more<\/em> with less<\/em>. Figure out how you can incorporate an \u00e2\u20ac\u0153economy of movement\u00e2\u20ac\u009d. For example, I travel less<\/em> now, but earn more<\/em> money. How? I created scarcity<\/em> in my business, by making myself less<\/em> available. And charged more<\/em> money for the few workshops I taught.<\/p>\n

By charging more<\/em> money for fewer<\/em> workshops, I have been able to make higher profits. I travel less, so less<\/em> expenses. Less<\/em> jet lag.<\/p>\n

More profits. More energy, to write and blog more, to promote myself more.<\/p>\n

So what are some restrictions you can put on yourself to be more creative and innovative?<\/p>\n

Ideas:<\/p>\n

  1. Get rid of your phone. Figure out how you can innovate without using your phone.<\/li>\n
  2. Or, do everything<\/em> only on your phone. Make all your music, photos, business, videos, and blogging just on your phone.<\/li>\n
  3. Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t buy anything new for 1 month. How can you make the best of what you already<\/em> own?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Three. Breathe new life into the old<\/h2>\n
