For example, I asked ChatGPT to do a nutritional breakdown of bone marrow and it said this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nutritional Breakdown (per 100 grams of beef bone marrow):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Calories: ~ 786 kcal\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Total Fat: ~ 87g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Saturated fat: ~ 34g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Monounsaturated fat: ~ 41g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Polyunsaturated fat: ~ 5.9g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Protein: ~ 7g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Carbohydrates: Negligible\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Dietary Fiber: 0g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Sugars: 0g\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Vitamin B12: ~ 3.7 \u00c2\u00b5g (154% of Daily Value)\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Iron: ~ 6.2 mg (34% of Daily Value)\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Zinc: ~ 2.3 mg (21% of Daily Value)\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Selenium: ~ 18 \u00c2\u00b5g (32% of Daily Value)\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2   Phosphorus: ~ 4 mg (0.6% of Daily Value)<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s important to note that while bone marrow can offer various nutrients, it is also high in saturated fats. Therefore, like all foods, it should be consumed in moderation as part of a balanced diet. Always consult with a nutritionist or healthcare professional when making significant changes to your diet.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why is this nonsense?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, this still insidious notion that somehow saturated fat is \u00e2\u20ac\u0153bad for you\u00e2\u20ac\u0153. Also, this nonsensical idea of a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153balanced diet\u00e2\u20ac\u0153, and also, \u00e2\u20ac\u0153consumption and moderation\u00e2\u20ac\u0153.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also ChatGPT is just trying to cover its ass by talking about consulting with the nutritional list or healthcare professional, none of whom are fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, take a look at the bodily physiology of nurses. They are some of the most unhealthy looking people around. Or even your doctor, a lot of doctors I know are low-key smokers, and also not fit.
