However, once we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re older, we want to intentionally get pregnant, some people have issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m writing this from a male perspective; the best thing you could do to increase your fertility is to get your <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2023\/04\/27\/how-to-naturally-boost-your-testosterone\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"500708\">testosterone<\/a> up, sleep 10 to 12 hours a night, get rid of your chronic stress, get into one rep max hypelifting, 100% percent carnivore diet, consume more cholesterol and organ meats which include beef liver, beef heart, beef large intestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, stop smoking weed, and stop consuming alcohol, both of those lower your testosterone.
