To create some sort of legacy that goes beyond him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even the joy of a <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/taleb\/\">Nassim Taleb<\/a>; his ultimate pursuit is philosophy, in creating ideas and innovative ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perhaps a goal for you this year is to strive to <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2023\/01\/06\/how-to-become-a-thought-leader-2\/\">become a thought leader<\/a>. How does one become a thought leader?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honestly speaking, as long as your ideas can influence the thoughts and behaviors of one other human being on planet earth, you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re doing your job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simple ways to become a thought leader:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Start a self-hosted website blog via bluehost.com and install wordpress.org. Publish your thoughts as a blog posts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start an <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2018\/06\/28\/photography-entrepreneurship-101-why-you-must-start-your-own-email-newsletter\/\">email newsletter<\/a>, I recommend Sendy.co. Even though we all hate email, it is still one of the best ways for you to propagate your thoughts, open source. A simple thought; write emails that you would actually like to receive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start a <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/podcast\/\">podcast<\/a>. Just use anchor.fm, which is owned by Spotify. Publish either video podcasts or audio podcasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just Vlog out your thoughts and upload them to YouTube. Go deep. Think philosophical Vlogs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Think at the decade, two decade, 3 decade + level. For example, with my <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/newsletter\/\">email newsletter<\/a>, it took me at least 12 years to gain 10,000 subscribers. at this point, I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t think I really need any more subscribers.
