Some suggestions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First of all, target men who desire a greater challenge. A lot of men in Silicon Valley can be good for cyber-defense, and also desire more physical challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also in regards to prestige and rank. Many men in their 30s and 40s desire more honor. A military badge seems to be a good idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also pride. The basic notion is a lot of men in their 30s and 40s can be great for doing part-enlistment, in order to augment their self esteem and courage.
