You have in the power to reset, or reformat your brain.<\/p>\n

Computer<\/h2>\n

If your computer is slow, has a ton of viruses, or is running out of storage space\u00e2\u20ac\u201d one of the best things to do is to \u00e2\u20ac\u0153reformat\u00e2\u20ac\u009d your hard drive. That means to totally clean the hard drive\u00e2\u20ac\u201d to wipe it to a blank slate.<\/p>\n

When you reformat your hard drive, and re-install your operating system, it generally fixes any problems you have had in the past. And your computer can (once again) run quickly, efficiently, with no lag or hiccups.<\/p>\n

Human brain<\/h2>\n

Of course, we are not computers. The brain is not<\/em> a computer.<\/p>\n

But I like this analogy: to reformat our own brain.<\/p>\n

So for example, let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s say you have all these negative memories from the past, you have all this emotional burden, stress, anxiety, or frustration. Let us say you want a fresh start in life.<\/p>\n

Reformat your brain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some practical ideas:<\/p>\n

1. Backup your important files:<\/h2>\n

Look at your brain, and figure out what is really important. Organize and backup that stuff.<\/p>\n

Who do you really love, care about, or what creative work is truly important to you?<\/p>\n

Write that on a piece of paper or your phone.<\/p>\n
