Otherwise opt to be outside or without air conditioning!<\/p>\n<p>Even when I deadlifted 5 plates here in Phnom Penh, I did it in an indoor\/outdoor gym with no air conditioning, just free flowing (hot and humid) air\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 but for some reason, it gave me more strength!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Air conditioning weakens you.
