Surprisingly a good amount of grit and grain in the neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Very walkable, really great coffee shops and restaurants, and a cool bohemian vibe of people. Also great light, sun and cool breeze. IMHO much cooler than Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
