I get a lot of hateful comments online, and this is one technique I just thought of which helps me deal with it.<\/p>\n

Whenever someone leaves a negative comment about you on the internet, their words are transmitted through electrical data. They touch their keyboards (or smartphones), and that information is turned into binary code\u00e2\u20ac\u201d 1\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and 0\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s.<\/p>\n

Can 1\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s and 0\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s hurt you?<\/p>\n
