A trend away from the <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2018\/09\/19\/17-lessons-steve-jobs-has-taught-me\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"113662\">Steve Jobs<\/a>\/Jony Ive vision of thinner, lighter, purer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The question is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Is this &#8216;progress&#8217;? Is this a step <a href=\"https:\/\/erickimphotography.com\/blog\/2022\/02\/18\/a-step-forward-or-a-step-backwards\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"355013\">forwards or backwards?<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the question is &#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>What do we desire from our tools, devices, and design aesthetics?
