Nowadays, I find the masculine aesthetic or concept as very bizarre. for example, on one hand you have the steroid obsessed, bodybuilder look, and on the other hand you have the emasculated skinny-fat artist look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Why masculinity?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

What is the point of being masculine? Well, if you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re a man, to be masculine means to become more manly. And this is a good thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      How does one become more masculine?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      I say first by controlling your hunger. To be able to fast. That means, not eating breakfast and lunch, and being able to fast until dinner time. the most unmanly thing is when a guy gets \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Hangry\u00e2\u20ac\u009d (hungry plus angry), which seems to be more of a hormonal reaction, from having a poor physiological metabolism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Increasing your testosterone, naturally<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        The easiest way to increase your testosterone naturally is higher consumption of fatty, red meats. in other words, the more beef and steak you eat, the better. More ribeye please. More eggs with the yolk, and more bacon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          How does one increase your testosterone? The more cholesterol you consume, the more you will increase your testosterone naturally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Kettle bell<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          I find the most badass tool is a very heavy kettle bell, especially 105 pound kettle bell, which is dubbed \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the beast\u00e2\u20ac\u0153. I like the way it looks in my living room, and how it beckons me to attack it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            I feel that every single man deserves and should own at least one very heavy kettlebell, whether it is 70 pounds or 105 pounds. To me this is one of the best investments of money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            And what is the best kettle bell workout? There are lots. Turkish get up, two handed swings, one-handed swings, clean and jerk. Shoulder press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            But typically I say that the more powerlifting style is best. Powerlifting with kettle bells means striving to do the most difficult exercise, once. in other words, better to clean and jerk 105 pound kettle bell ones, then swing a 10 pound kettle bell 1000 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Or better to do a one legged pistol squat with a kettle bell, ones, once a month, than doing 100 bodyweight squats every single day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              What is very uncool? When a guy is in public, and just endlessly scrolling on their phone. Much more interesting to be able to stand somewhere and look into the distance and just think, and walk around, without excessive need of social media gratification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                The more manly literature, the better. For example, the Iliad. Or philosophy by Nietzsche. Stoic philosophy as a manly book of ethics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                For films, the movie 300, the John Wick series, the Batman series. The darker and more sinister the films, the more violent and action packed and tragic, the better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Becoming a father, and having children as more manly<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  It seems that the modern consumeristic notion is that the apex man is fatherless, a bachelor and single. I disagree. More manly to be a father. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Do not become a Silicon Valley nerd billionaire<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  I actually do not see it very manly when you see a nerdy Silicon Valley type, even though they are a billionaire. Riches, wealth, and your net worth is not linked with masculinity. I think more is actually the physical component. For example, nobody liked Jeff Bezos, until he got super swole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  To be skinny, skinny fat, or fat, is not masculine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  To me, physical strength, and physical grandeur is deeply tied with masculinity. I say that any man who is able to squat three plates, or dead lift four plates is masculine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Also, to have stronger legs is more masculine than having a stronger upper body. No matter how buff someone\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s upper body is, if they still have chicken legs, they are not masculine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Also, more masculine to power lift than do the bodybuilding style of grinding out mindless repetitions. But if a bodybuilder is able to do impressive deadlifts and squats, he is masculine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  I hate him because I am no match for him<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  A funny quote from Nietzsche. Has any man ever said \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I hate him because I am no match for him\u00e2\u20ac\u0153? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  For example, whenever I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m at the gym and I see somebody who could lift and squat more than me, rather than feeling envy petty I am more impressed, and I aspire to become more like him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  The truly masculine man does not envy, or feel jealousy. Rather, he is simply inspired by others, or indifferent to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Anti-video games<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  Any guy who is beyond college age and still plays video games is not masculine. No matter how good or rich he is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t give a shit, but also don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t take shit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

                  An ethical way of living from Nassim Taleb. Do not be a shitty person to anybody else, but if somebody acts shitty towards you, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t just take it. In other words, do not turn the other cheek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  You are not your car<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
